This page explains recurring billing, renewal, cancellation, and what happens to access afterward.

The exact price, currency, and billing interval are displayed immediately before checkout and again by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge the selected payment method automatically at each renewal until you cancel. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
What the plan includes
The paid plan currently includes unlimited tarot reflections, the complete constellation experience, and access to the growing private reading journal while the subscription remains active. Features may evolve, but we will not intentionally hide a material reduction in paid value.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel through Manage plan in Astral Loom, which opens Stripe's secure customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless we state otherwise or applicable law requires a different result, paid access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Payment failures
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry the payment and your paid access may be limited or paused. Update your payment method through Manage plan to continue service.
Price changes
If subscription pricing changes, the new price will not be applied to an existing subscription without any notice or consent required by applicable law. You may cancel before a changed price takes effect.
Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility are different. Canceling prevents future renewal but does not automatically refund an earlier charge. See our refund and support policy for how requests are reviewed.
